Genesis in United States is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to lead nursing units during the 7:00PM to 7:00AM shift (Fri–Sun or alternative weekend pattern). The role emphasizes leadership, staffing, and adherence to regulatory standards while delivering high-quality resident care.

The position offers increased rates per the Baylor programs and opportunities for growth within a supportive, inclusive team focused on well-being and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct clinical operations of nursing units on shift.
• Facilitate care delivery model implementation and mentor staff.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure safe 24/7 nursing care.
• Support recruitment, orientation, and staff promotions/transfers.

Responsibilities

• Lead, guide and direct the clinical operations of the nursing units on assigned shift including ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, practice standards and regulations.
• Facilitate the implementation of the care delivery model and processes, mentoring staff, along with coordination and communication with other departments.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff to provide safe, 24/7 nursing care with an emphasis on limiting use of overtime and agency personnel.
• Participate in staff recruitment, new hire orientation and make recommendations for employee promotions, transfers, and terminations.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college, or university; BSN preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing

Posted Salary Range: USD $42.00 - USD $48.00 /Hr.
