Job summary

The Black Women's Mental Health Institute is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) to lead and supervise nursing staff across shifts, ensuring high-quality patient care. The role partners with the Director of Nursing to coordinate the Nursing Services Department and maintain regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates hold a valid RN license, CPR certification, and experience in geriatric and long-term care settings, with strong communication and leadership skills to manage staff and address

Qualifications

• High school diploma and valid RN license from an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR certification and commitment to annual renewal.
• Experience in geriatric nursing and long-term care preferred.
• Ability to supervise staff, ensure compliance with policies, and follow local, state, and federal regulations.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
