Job summary

Hertford Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Hertford, NC is seeking an experienced RN Weekend Supervisor to oversee nursing units in our long-term care facility. You will supervise nursing staff, administer medications, maintain documentation, and develop individualized care plans.

Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams ensures compliant, excellent resident care and ongoing quality improvements across shifts.

Qualifications

• RN license in NC is required.
• LTC/SNF experience is required.
• Nurse supervisor experience is preferred.
