Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Nursing Supervisor for our Medical Surgical department in Marble Falls, TX. This role oversees nursing staff, maintains safe patient care, and ensures efficient operations for a high-quality healthcare experience.

The position requires an RN with an Associate's Degree in Nursing, 2 years of experience, BLS, and strong leadership and communication skills. Leadership experience is highly recommended.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• License: Registered Nurse (RN).
• Certification: BLS (or obtain within 30 days of hire).
• Experience: Two years of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise healthcare professionals to ensure high patient care levels.
• Oversee operations, productivity, and resource distribution in the unit.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.

LOCATION: BAYLOR SCOTT & WHITE MEDICAL CENTER, MARBLE FALLS TX

DEPT: MEDICAL SURGICAL

SCHEDULE: FULL TIME NIGHTS

Four 10/hr shifts per week, one 12/hr Charge shift per month.

Leadership experience highly recommended, such as previous charge, relief charge, Supervisor, Educator, etc.

Job Summary

Your role as Nursing Supervisor involves supervising healthcare professionals and ensuring high patient care levels. Maintain a safe environment and nurture nursing practice to improve patient outcomes. Oversee operations, productivity, and resource distribution to meet department priorities.
