Medical City Plano is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor ICU Stepdown to lead the unit’s nursing team and coordinate patient care. You will ensure high quality, efficient care and serve as a resource for staff and leadership.

The role emphasizes collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, staff development, and adherence to hospital policies. Eligible candidates hold RN licensure and a Bachelor’s degree, with Basic Life Support required.

We are seeking a(an) Registered Nurse Supervisor ICU Stepdown for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. The CNC coordinates all functions in the unit and partners with the management team to monitor and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies. The CNC serves as a resource for staff and supports an unparalleled patient experience.

What You Will Do In This Role
