Holy Cross Health in Silver Spring, MD seeks a Nurse Supervisor for the Surgery department. This part-time role covers 12-hour day shifts and acts as a designated clinical leader coordinating care with an interdisciplinary team.

The position requires a BSN, current RN license in Maryland (or compact state) and at least 2 years of RN/ Circulating experience; MSN preferred and certifications aligned with responsibilities. Sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits are available.

Position Purpose:

The Nurse Supervisor works in a collaborative environment at Holy Cross Health within the Surgery to deliver excellent patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team providing evidence-based medicine and individualized patient care. What You Will Do:

• Employment Type/Shift: Part-time/Every other weekend
• Designated clinical leader for a patient care area who works under the supervision of and in collaboration with the Department Director to plan and coordinate care at the service/department level.
• Contributes to the daily performance, daily adherence to regulatory requirements and drives results of team within assigned department.
• Implements departmental plans and priorities identified by accountable nurse leaders.

Minimum Qualifications:

Pay Range: $40.00 - $64.55

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
