Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our RN Supervisor, you will provide essential leadership and clinical oversight across assigned units or shifts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. Every day you will optimize staffing, resource utilization, and patient flow, proactively address any emergent patient care or operational problems, and supervise nursing staff to maintain clinical excellence and adherence to organizational standards and policies. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate strong clinical expertise, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a proven capacity to lead, mentor, and motivate nursing teams in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Job Requirements
Required
  • Requires current licensure as a Registered Nurse plus three (3) years acute care nursing
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize the demands of daily operations and organize resources
  • Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills, active listening skills and conflict mediation ability
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate change and build effective teams also required
Preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Current RN Supervisory experience and/or Charge RN experience
