PruittHealth is seeking an Registered Nurse Supervisor in Georgia–Savannah to lead nursing teams and coordinate patient care across shifts. The role requires active RN licensure, strong leadership, and a commitment to compassionate, compliant care in a post-acute setting.

You will mentor staff, ensure adherence to clinical standards, and partner with physicians and other professionals to support residents’ well-being.

Qualifications

• Active, current, unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Experience in supervision or leadership of nursing staff is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
