Job summary

The VIOS Clinic is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee patient care, ensuring quality through collaboration with patients and families while complying with legal and organizational standards. This role emphasizes coordination of care and leadership in a post-acute setting.

You will work with licensed staff and CNAs, develop care plans, and participate in emergency procedures. A commitment to safety, confidentiality, and excellent customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold an accredited nursing degree (associate's or bachelor's).
• Active RN license in the applicable state.
• At least two years of nursing experience, preferably in geriatrics.
• Current CPR certification (obtainable during orientation).

• Assess patient needs and develop care plans
