Job summary

Willow Brook Rehab and Nursing in Kutztown, PA is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for the 3:00pm–11:00pm shift. This part-time role involves supervising nursing staff on assigned units and ensuring high-quality resident care in a long-term care setting.

The RN Supervisor will oversee care plan implementation, conduct unit rounds, maintain thorough documentation, and promote a collaborative, compliant environment while coordinating services to ensure resident safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Active RN license
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience
• Previous supervisor experience
