As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will supervise a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. You will also be responsible for:
Leading by Example: Demonstrating expertise and knowledge in clinical practice, while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Coaching and Mentoring: Providing guidance, feedback, and support to nursing staff to enhance their skills and performance.

Licensure: Current RN licensure in the state of New Jersey.
Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
