Job summary

PruittHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead and coordinate nursing care for residents in our Georgia facilities. This role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care and strong teamwork to support clinical outcomes and staff development.

The RN Supervisor will oversee day-to-day nursing activities, mentor frontline nurses, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain high standards of quality and safety across the care continuum.

Qualifications

• Active, current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Experience in supervision or leadership within a clinical setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to coordinate care across teams.
