Job summary

Community Medical Centers is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care across our clinic network. You will coordinate with physicians and nursing staff to deliver high-quality patient care and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in daily operations.

The role emphasizes independent decision-making within scope, patient education, and adherence to policies while supporting care coordination and continued professional development.

Qualifications

  • Licensed in the State of California as a Registered Nurse.
  • IV certification preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proficient using an Electronic Health Records system; Next Gen EHR experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel between sites as needed.
  • Ambulatory care nursing experience.
  • Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).

Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients within scope of practice.
  • Collaborate with MDs, PAs, and NPs for care planning.
  • Coordinate patient education and care transitions.
  • Oversee medication administration and safety.
  • Support center managers and CNO with evaluations and training.
  • Maintain infection control and patient safety standards.

RN’s may exercise independent decision making and they report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).
