Job summary

Registered Nurse needed for stepdown/telemetry in Cleveland, OH. 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week, with day and night options. Assignment runs 13 weeks with potential to float to adjacent units to care for the same patient population.

Requirements include 12 months of perm experience in the specialty, OHIO license or Compact state license, and BLS, ACLS & NIHSS certifications. Orientation includes ECG rhythm recognition and SafeMedicate scoring.

Qualifications

• 12 months PERM experience in the specialty applying for.
• OHIO license or Compact State license in hand.
• BLS, ACLS & NIHSS certifications required.
• ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate orientation with acceptable score.

Responsibilities

• Provide Med/Surg Telemetry/Stepdown nursing care.
• Must be able to rotate to ED and other units as needed.
• Work 12-hour shifts; 3 days per week with day or night options.
• Travel assignment requires working at least every other holiday.

Shift: Day (3x12 Hours) 7:00 19:30 / Night (3x12 Hours) 19:00 7:30

Med/Surg Tele RN. (Potential to float to units J1-2, J33 and ED to care for same patient population)

D/N rotating shift: 7pm-7:30am/7am-7:30pm (Shifts may be variable, IF NEEDED TO MEET THE OPERATIONAL NEEDS OF THE HOSPITAL, Facility will do their best to honor travelers preferred shift but reserve the right to rotate them if necessary.)

MUST HAVE 12 months PERM experience in specialty applying for.

MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND

AHA or client BLS, ACLS & NIHSS cert required.

Traveler must work at least every other holiday.

ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required.
