Job summary

Brightli is seeking a Registered Nurse in Springfield, Missouri to provide comprehensive nursing services across residential care facilities and outpatient clinics, supporting clients with behavioral health and recovery journeys.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse licensed in the state of practice.
• Willing to become licensed in additional states and provide telehealth services.
• BCLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred for FQHC.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and evaluate client health conditions based on service requirements.
• Complete initial medical histories and vital signs, coordinating action plans.
• Monitor health status and coordinate care with treatment teams.
• Create action plans addressing physical and mental health needs.
• Administer and monitor medications per standards and educate clients about benefits.
• Collaborate with physicians and consult with advanced practice providers.
• Oversee infection control and maintain client hygiene practices.
• Arrange medical appointments and handle emergencies to ensure safety.
• Provide health education and disease prevention strategies.
• Complete timely documentation per company policies.

Education

Current RN license in state of practice

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians and consult with advanced practice providers for comprehensive client management.
• Oversee infectious disease control and ensure client hygiene practices are maintained.
• Arrange medical appointments and handle emergencies, ensuring client safety at all times.
• Provide health education and disease prevention strategies to clients.
• Complete timely documentation as required by company policies and procedures.

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse licensed in the state of practice.
• Must be willing to become licensed in additional states and provide telehealth services.
• BCLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred for FQHC.

Additional Qualifications

• Successful completion of background checks including criminal record, driving record, and fingerprint check.
• Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.

Physical Requirements

ADA Consideration - Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects. Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shift.

Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods.
