Job summary

Sanford Health is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) to provide patient-centered care across the continuum. The RN will collaborate with physicians and inter-professional teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care using evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• RN license in the state of practice or multistate licensure if applicable.
• Maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with physicians and other health professionals to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Cares for patients across preventive care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Plan and coordinate care, patient assessment, patient education, triage and nursing interventions.
• Adheres to the Nurse Practice Act and professional standards.
