Job summary

Piedmont Augusta Hospital in Georgia is seeking a Staff Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care to patients across the lifecycle, using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care in line with organizational policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License. BLS certification required.
• One year of nursing experience in a hospital setting preferred for PRN positions.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Advanced certification in field of specialty, if applicable (see addendum).
• Nursing Experience in Hospital Setting Preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle using nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care.
• Coordinate patient care activities of all assigned staff in the provision of quality nursing care.

Education
