Qualifications

• RN I requires ASN/ADN.
• RN II requires 6+ years of RN experience with an ASN/ADN or 3+ years with BSN.
• RN III requires 12+ years with ASN/ADN or 6+ years with BSN or Masters/Doctor of Nursing.
• Current RN license in North Dakota or a Compact State.
• BLS certification within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily rounds and coordinates patient needs.
• Develops a plan of care based on assessment of the patient’s conditions.
• Assesses patient needs and discharge planning; documents and communicates with the care team.
• Assesses pain and intervenes following procedures; ensures timely treatment.
• Maintains educational opportunities with patients and families; supports discharge education.
