Hackensack Meridian Health Inc. is seeking an experienced registered nurse to join our team.

The ideal candidate will hold an RN license in New Jersey, possess at least two years of recent experience in a nursing specialty, and have at least one year of floating experience within a float pool or similar environment. We value quick learning, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care while supporting patients and their caregivers throughout their care

Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree or diploma in nursing required.
• NJ RN license required.
• BLS/CPR (HCP) certification within 60 days of starting.
• 2+ years recent experience in a specialty as of May 5, 2025.
• 1+ year floating/professional float pool experience or equivalent.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• Associate's degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing.
• Effective May 5, 2025, minimum of two (2) years recent experience in specialty required.
• Effective May 5, 2025, minimum of one (1) year experience in a floating professional environment, such as with a travel professional organization, site flexible resource float pool or equivalent environment required.
• The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs, a strong sense of accountability for improving the lives of our patients and their caregivers, an exceptional focus on teamwork, dedication to ongoing education and the ability and passion to deliver the highest quality of care based on a strong sense of patient focus.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:

• National Certification in area of specialty preferred when eligible.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.

Licenses and Certifications Required:

• NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License.
• AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification within 60 days of entering position.
