Atlas Post Acute in Colorado is hiring Registered Nurses to join our caring team. We offer full-time 6am-6pm with rotating weekends, full-time 6pm-6am with rotating weekends, part-time 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am, and PRN 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am.
Provide RN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit, may supervise nurse assistants and administer medications. We provide competitive pay and benefits including vision and dental, 401k with match, PTO and sick leave, plus ongoing training and growth
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license to practice in CO.
