Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to oversee patient care using a professional practice model. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, and coordinating with physicians and care teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
The role supports adult cardiac and vascular populations, with training on-site in Plano and Dallas during the first months. The position offers mostly remote work with periodic on-site orientation and collaboration across departments.
Our department serves as a trusted resource for multiple THH campuses in which typical shifts focus on primary intake and supporting patient access to care, pre-op patient education, and coordinating with referring provider offices to coordinate imaging and procedures. It's essential the candidate has strong communication skills, is adaptable, enjoys working closely with multiple departments, collaborating well with others and values strong ownership/teamwork.
