Job summary

Forest Manor Healthcare Center in Blairstown, IA seeks an RN (Part-Time and Per Diem) to join our compassionate care team. The RN will provide clinical care, administer medications, and ensure accurate documentation in line with state regulations and facility policies.

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide clinical care in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations, facility policies and procedures, and the care plan. This position also requires employee to administer medication and treatments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and documentation.
