Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our East Tucson home health visit team for weekend shifts. You will provide skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients in their homes, maintaining high-quality standards with compassion and reliability.

The role emphasizes Start of Care/Admissions, with Home Health and OASIS documentation experience required. Per diem, part-time, and full-time schedules are available, and travel within the coverage area is expected.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license in good standing in Arizona.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• At least one year of hands-on medical experience with adult/geriatric patients in various settings within the past two years.

Responsibilities

• Perform head-to-toe assessments to identify subtle changes in patient condition.
• Apply knowledge of acute and post-acute care (CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post-surgical care).
• Triage and independently manage urgent clinical situations in the home setting.
• Conduct medication reconciliation, patient teaching, and safety monitoring.
• Perform comprehensive wound assessment, care, and documentation.

Registered Nurse - Weekend RN - Home Health Visits

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our East Tucson home health visit team. You will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to remain at home. Weekend RN position - visits will include mostly Start of Care / Admissions. Home Health and OASIS documentation experience is required.

This role requires flexibility and the ability to travel throughout the office's entire coverage area. Per Diem, Part Time, and Full Time schedules available.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Use strong head-to-toe assessment skills with the ability to identify subtle changes in patient condition
• Utilize your experience with acute and post-acute care (e.g., CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post-surgical care)

Qualifications for a Registered BAYADA Nurse:

• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Arizona
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• At least one year of current or recent hands‑on medical experience within the past two years with the adult/geriatric population in acute care, emergency department, home health, hospice, ICU, med surg, sub‑acute care or rehab units (medical or skilled nursing settings).
