Job summary

The Elms Center in Milford, NH seeks a Weekend Supervisor RN to lead our weekend nursing team. This non-exempt, part-time role offers meaningful care leadership and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities include supervising weekend shifts, assessing patients, coordinating with the care team, administering medications, and ensuring policy compliance. A NH RN license and previous supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

Are you an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for leadership and quality care? The Elms Center is looking for a Weekend Supervisor to join our dynamic team! Status: Non-exempt, Part-time

Compensation: $50 - $57, based on experience + applicable mod comp opportunities
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee nursing staff during weekend shifts, ensuring exceptional care.

• Monitor and assess patient conditions and implement care plans as necessary.

• Collaborate with healthcare teams to address concerns or issues.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Provide guidance to nursing staff and ensure compliance with facility policies and regulations.

• Act as a liaison between residents, families, and the healthcare team.

What We're Looking For:

• Valid RN license in New Hampshire.

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Experience in long-term care or similar settings is a plus.
