Crestview Specialty Care, part of the Care Initiatives family in West Branch, IA, is hiring a Weekend Package Registered Nurse (RN) for nights. Join a compassionate team delivering direct nursing care in a 65-bed skilled nursing community, working Friday–Sunday from 6 PM to 6 AM.

You will administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, and providers while adhering to regulatory standards and infection control protocols.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing, Iowa requires active license or ability to activate.
• CPR certification currently valid.
• Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations.
• Strong commitment to empathy, respect, patience, and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting.
• Support daily clinical operations on the unit to ensure quality care and safety.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes promptly.
• Collaborate with CNA, LPN, provider, and other team members to promote teamwork.
• Communicate effectively with residents and families about care needs.
• Document care to meet clinical and regulatory standards.
• Follow infection control, safety, and compliance protocols at all times.

What You’ll Do & Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment.
• Support daily clinical operations on the unit, ensuring quality care and resident safety.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in good standing. License must be valid within the state of Iowa, or ability to activate.
• Current, valid CPR Certification.
• Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations and laws.
• A strong commitment to helping others and consistently treating them with empathy, respect, patience, and discretion.
