American Senior Communities is seeking a Weekend Option Registered Nurse (RN) for the Evening Shift at Grey Stone Health and Rehab in Indiana. You will build meaningful relationships with residents, assess conditions, document changes, and promote physical and psychosocial well-being with compassionate care.

Evening Shift
