Job summary

Advocate Health’s Aurora Medical Group in Pleasant Prairie, WI is seeking a registered nurse to deliver comprehensive patient care within urology. You’ll coordinate care, follow established standards, and help create a safe, compassionate patient environment.

Join a team focused on quality, innovation, and patient experience, with full-time hours, 40 per week, and a schedule Monday–Friday 8:30am–5pm. Competitive compensation and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Adhere to established standards, policies, and procedures while using evidence-based practice and clinical decision making.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent

We’re Looking For

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing

What You’ll Do

As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
