Hartford HealthCare Medical Group in Waterford is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Urology office in the East Region. You will deliver patient-centered nursing care in a non-acute setting under nursing leadership and with provider collaboration.

The role requires an accredited nursing graduate, CT RN license, BLS, and at least one year of nursing experience with phlebotomy skills. Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm, located at 5 Dayton Road.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Associate’s degree in Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Successful completion of nurse residency, if applicable.
• One year of experience with a minimum of 1000 hours of clinical experience as a licensed registered nurse.
• Phlebotomy skills required.

• Identifies and reliably documents problems and expected outcomes based on a plan of care for a varied population of patients.

Job Description

Under the general direction of nursing leadership and with provider collaboration and guidance, the Registered Nurse utilizes evidence-based practices in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act and policies and procedures of Hartford Healthcare Hospital Outpatient Departments (HODs) and Medical Group, in a variety of clinical settings. This position facilitates care for a varied population of patients, which includes nursing standards of practice to meet the physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and educational needs of the patient and family.

This role requires coverage at Urology office within the East Region bringing variety to your workday and the chance to collaborate across multiple teams and communities.
