Horizon Health is seeking a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to fill a Charge Nurse role at Murray Calloway County Hospital in Murray, KY. The 13-week assignment is full-time, 36 hours per week, with day shift and weekend requirements.

Enhanced hourly rate and tax-exempt stipend where applicable, plus potential overtime, bi-weekly pay. The Adventure RN program offers orientation, nationwide opportunities, and a pathway to permanent roles without gaps in benefits.

Qualifications

• Current Kentucky RN license or compact/multi-state license.
• At least one year of nursing experience in behavioral health.
• Current CPR or BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, record and report symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
• Maintain accurate patient reports and medical histories.
• Collaborate with treatment team to ensure best possible care for patients.
• Includes Charge Nurse responsibilities for geriatric unit.
