145 The Medical Center of Central Georgia, Inc (MCCG) seeks an experienced Trauma Services RN to oversee quality and safety across the Trauma Program. You will coordinate with leadership, monitor performance, and drive improvements within the Level 1-2 trauma setting.
The role requires an active RN license, ACLS/PALS, ENPC or TNCC, and 5+ years in a Level 1-2 trauma center with strong communication and data-management skills.

Schedule Details/Additional Information: Ideally 4 10 hour shifts per week with a rotating off day each week. Hours usually 6am-4:30pm but has room for flexibility after discussion with Trauma Services Director
Pay Range: $35.50 - $53.25
5 years of working experience in a Level 1-2 trauma center with a minimum of 2 years’ experience with direct trauma patient care in Level 1-2 trauma center ED or ICU.
Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
Requires ability to move about the medical center and ability to attend local, regional and national meetings. Must have reliable transportation. Ability to perform effective public speaking required.
