Job summary

Sweetwater Care in Visalia, CA is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide resident-centered care in a clean, safe environment.

You will develop and implement nursing care plans, collaborate with physicians and therapists, administer medications, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with state regulations.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, has prior RN experience in a nursing community, and is flexible about hours; SNF/LTC experience preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the resident, members of the healthcare team
• Records the administration of medication
• Monitor assigned staff to ensure established safety regulations are followed and that all tasks are performed following all state and government regulations and safety procedures as outlined by the facility
• Follows procedures related to the use of nursing equipment and supplies
• Performs other duties as directed
