Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency is seeking a registered nurse to provide high-quality, individualized patient care within an interdisciplinary team in a clinical setting.

You will perform nursing assessments, coordinate care, educate patients and families, and support safety, regulatory compliance, and ongoing quality improvement.

The role includes mentoring new staff, participating in protocol development, and upholding clinical standards through evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s Nursing degree preferred.
• Valid RN license (single-state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification required.
• Less than one year of clinical experience post-nursing education preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical standards, evidence-based practice, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication, teamwork, critical thinking, and professional development skills.
