The role requires current Illinois RN license, Healthcare Provider certification, ACLS and PEARS within 12 months, with BSN preferred; on-site responsibilities include in-services and credentialing maintenance.

The Registered Nurse-Surgery will be responsible for delegation, supervision, and provision of evidence-based nursing care for a designated group of patients through utilization of the nursing process. Provides age appropriate patient care. Implements evidence-based findings into practice and participates in research as appropriate.
Additional compensation in the form(s) of participation in our annual incentive program are dependent on role. Pay is based on factors such as work experience, education, certification(s), training, skills, and competencies related to the role.
