Job summary

Hope Center in Bronx, NY is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for the Overnight shift on weekends. You will schedule and oversee nursing staff, ensuring high-quality resident care while supporting residents and families.

Lead a compassionate team, maintain a safe environment, and manage documentation. Strong leadership, excellent communication, and proficiency with EHR systems are essential for coordinated care and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid RN license.
• Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience.
• Strong, positive team director for all staff.
• Experience with EHR and prescribing programs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient with basic computer skills.

• Maintain a safe & clean working environment by implementing rules & regulations
• Ensure resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing
• Manage documentation of resident care services
• Promote a cooperative relationship among health care teams

Requirements:

• Must hold valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience required
• Should be a strong and positive Team Director for all members of the staff
• Familiar with EHR and Prescribing programs
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer skills
