Qualifications

• Must hold an RN license and be in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience.
• Strong, positive team director for all staff.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign nursing staff to efficiently meet resident care needs.
• Provide support to residents and families to establish a compassionate environment.
• Answer questions and requests to inform residents and staff.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment by enforcing rules and protocols.
• Monitor confidential information processing to protect resident privacy.
• Document resident care services accurately and timely.
• Foster cooperation among health care teams to ensure quality care.

• Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents & families
• Provide information to residents & staff by answering questions and requests
• Ensure safe & clean working environment by implementing rules ®
• Promote resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing
• Manage documentation of resident care services
• Maintain a cooperative relationship among health care teams

Requirements:

• Must hold valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience required
