Job summary

Martine Center in White Plains, NY is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead and coordinate nursing staff in a 200-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility.

You will schedule staff, maintain quality of care, ensure regulatory compliance, support residents and families, and drive a collaborative health care team while upholding dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience required.
• Strong and positive Team Director for all staff members.
• Familiar with EHR and prescribing programs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
