Job Type: Full-time | Variable 12-hour shifts and rotate every other weekend and major holidays

How you'll contribute

• Evaluate – Independently evaluates and determines work assignments and evaluates performance, recognizes performance.
• Assigns and directs work – Covers call‑offs, adjusts schedule as needed.
• Adjusts grievances – Meets with employees to listen to and resolve employee issues and grievances.
• Discipline – Implements performance improvements including verbal counseling.
• Exercises supervisory authority – Develops and implements department and/or hospital policy; ensures all employees are trained in policy; exercises discretion independent of policy to ensure proper function of department or subdepartment.
• Supervise staff delivering patient care within Emergency Services.
