Job summary

The Orchard View Post-Acute and Rehabilitation Center in Kingsport, TN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for the 3-11p shift. You will provide clinical leadership and oversee nursing staff to ensure safe, high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities include supervising weekend shifts, assessing residents, administering medications, coordinating with physicians and families, and ensuring documentation and care plans are followed. Leadership experience in long-term care is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Long-term care/skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Leadership or charge nurse experience preferred.

• Supervise and support nursing staff during weekend shifts.
• Assess residents, administer medications, and provide direct nursing care as needed.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with care plans and physician orders.
• Respond to emergencies and changes in resident condition.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely.
• Assist with staffing and coverage needs during weekend shifts.
• Perform other nursing supervision duties as assigned by nursing leadership.
