Job summary

Northern Manor MultiCare Center in Nanuet, NY is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to coordinate resident care, schedule nursing staff, and lead the care team. The role emphasizes compassionate leadership and strong communication in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid RN license.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign nursing staff to complete resident care requirements.
• Provide support to residents and families to create a compassionate environment.
• Answer questions and requests to inform residents and staff.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following regulations.
• Monitor confidentiality of resident information.
• Document resident care services.
• Promote cooperative relationships among healthcare teams.

• Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff

Requirements:
