Job summary
Livonia Health Care Center is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead our night shift team (11pm–7am) and ensure high-quality patient care. In this full-time role, you will guide the nursing team, coordinate with physicians, and oversee individualized care plans to meet patient needs.
The position requires proven RN experience, strong clinical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

- Solid knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and willingness to follow them.
Responsibilities

- Observe and interpret patient symptoms and communicate them to physicians.
- Collaborate with physicians and other nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients.
- Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections) and fill in patients' charts.
- Adjust and administer patient medications and provide treatments according to physician's orders.

As an RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our nursing team during night shift (11pm-7am) and providing exceptional care to our patients. Monday through Friday from 11pm-7am.
- Monitor patient's condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice
- Observe and interpret patient's symptoms and communicate them to physicians
- Collaborate with physicians and other nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients
- Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections) and fill in patients' charts
- Adjust and administer patient's medication and provide treatments according to physician's orders
- Proven experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination) and willingness to follow them at all times
