Catholic Medical Center in Manchester, NH is seeking a Progressive Care Registered Nurse for a 7PM–7AM shift in a 10-bed Step Down unit. You will coordinate high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the medical team, focusing on pre- and post-operative nursing care and advocacy for patients.

Qualified candidates may receive a sign-on bonus up to $15,000 for full-time roles. The hospital emphasizes safety and excellence as part of its care philosophy and longevity within the HCA

Qualifications

• ACLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• RN license/registration required.
• Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
• 6+ months of acute care Registered Nursing experience required.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient condition during admission and each shift, identifying and reporting changes.
• Perform procedures as ordered by the medical provider.
• Document administration of care in the patient record in a timely, thorough manner.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor response.
• Maintain knowledge of medications, procedures, and equipment used in cardiac and medical-surgical care.

Registered Nurse (RN) - Stepdown/ Progressive Care Unit

Shift available: 7PM - 7AM

Qualified external candidates may be eligible for a sign on bonus up to $15,000 when accepting a full time position! Rules and restrictions apply, ask your recruiter for details. Internal HCA employees are not eligible for sign on bonus incentives.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Progressive Care Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care. In collaboration with medical providers, the RN provides pre-operative and post-operative nursing care. The RN serves as an advocate for patients to support an unparalleled patient experience.

What you will do in this role:
