Tenet Healthcare in Port Saint Lucie, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse for day shifts in a full-time role. You will coordinate safe quality patient care using the nursing process and collaborate with the health team to plan, implement, and evaluate care.

The position requires graduation from an RN program, Florida RN licensure, and certifications including BLS/CPR, ACLS, Basic EKG, and NIH Stroke. Onboarding includes compliance with hospital standards and patient safety priorities.

Formación

• Florida RN licensure required or pending licensure.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• ACLS certification within 180 days for inexperienced RNs.
• Basic EKG certification.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• The Registered Nurse coordinates and provides safe, quality care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Assists with organizing patient care activities as assigned.
• Assesses physical, psychosocial, educational and growth needs of the patient.
• Develops a written plan of care using assessment data.
• Implements and evaluates the nursing care plan and patient responses.
• Demonstrates leadership in patient care coordination.
• Assists in organizing patient care activities across the team.
