Qualifications

• Must handle tactful interactions with residents, families, staff and the public.
• Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices, regulations, and guidelines for nursing care facilities.
• Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and work harmoniously with other personnel.
• Must possess the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and to bend, kneel or stoop.

Responsibilities

• Provide age-appropriate nursing care to residents in SNF/SubAcute.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Monitor patient status, respond to changes, and escalate when needed.
• Adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements governing patient care.

• Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public.

• Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care facilities.

• Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel.

• Must possess the ability to lift, push or pull 50 lbs. Also, must possess the ability to bend, kneel or stoop.

Sub Acute Unit:

(1) A minimum of six months experience within the past two years working in a general acute care facility; or

(2) An acquired equivalent competency appropriate to the type of subacute patient the facility provides care for.

Pay: $48.00 - $55.00 per hour
