Job summary

Tenet is seeking a registered nurse at Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester, MA to provide direct clinical patient care per shift. You will assess, plan, and implement care, while supervising staff and supporting the Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high-quality, safe patient care.

Requirements include RN license, CPR certification, and successful completion of background and health screenings, with vaccination compliance or approved exemptions and ongoing testing as required.

Position Summary

This role provides direct clinical patient care. The role will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. The role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. The role is accountable to support CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care. Has effective interpersonal and communication skills and ability to serve as role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing.

Qualifications

Education:Required: Graduated from a state approved school of nursing or an accredited school.Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (bachelor's or master's degree).

Certifications:Required: Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy; CPR.
