Job summary
Autumn Lake Healthcare at Glade Valley in Walkersville, MD is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time role. You will provide direct patient care, administer medications, perform wound care, and develop care plans with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality resident outcomes.

Qualifications
- Maryland RN license required or pending licensure.
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience preferred.
- Experience with medication administration and wound care is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including medications, wound care, and treatments as directed by the physician.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans with the inter-disciplinary team.
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the physician and team.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve positive resident outcomes.
