Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our outpatient care team. You will assist with clinical triage, education, and care coordination to improve patient outcomes and experience.

Responsibilities include phone and in-office triage, medication management, and collaboration with providers, care managers, pharmacists, and behavioral health specialists.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse program.
• Valid, unrestricted RN license in Michigan; CPR certification.
• 1-2 years of clinical experience in a medical/physician office preferred.

• MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years of clinical experience in a medical or physician office preferred.
