Restore Hyper Wellness, Naples is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality medical services, educate clients on therapies, and collaborate with the studio team to support both medical outcomes and business growth.

Location: Naples / North Naples. Part-time schedule (1–4 days per month, with potential for 2–4 additional days). Starting pay $32.00–$36.00 per hour plus monthly membership sales bonuses; benefits include health coverage, PTO, and 401k with employer match.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Active RN license in the applicable state.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum 2 years in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, or similar).
• Minimum 1 year administering high-volume IVs/injections.
• Patient-focused with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand for up to 9 hours a day.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive rapport with clients and create a safe, welcoming environment.

Role Overview

Compensation: Starting at $32.00 - $36.00 per hour + Monthly Membership Sales Bonuses

Key Responsibilities

Medical Expertise & Client Care

• Administer IV drip therapy, intramuscular injections, and other medical services with accuracy and professionalism
• Establish positive rapport with clients and create a safe, welcoming environment
• Provide individualized client education on therapies, benefits, and best practices

Studio Collaboration

• Work autonomously while collaborating with the studio team to achieve shared goals
• Support membership plans by recommending services aligned with client needs
• Assist with off-site nursing events and community outreach programs

Compliance & Safety

• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in client EMRs
• Ensure compliance with all medical, safety, and regulatory standards
• Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant studio environment

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Licensure: Active RN license in the applicable state
• Certifications: Current BLS certification
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, or similar)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year administering high-volume IVs/injections
• Passionate about delivering excellent patient care
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to stand for up to 9 hours a day
