Job summary

Providence Swedish Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care in a rehabilitation setting. You will perform comprehensive assessments, implement nursing interventions, document care, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Washington RN license or Compact RN license with Washington endorsement.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school.
• Bachelor of Science (BSN) preferred.
• CPR/BCLS required.
• ACLS and CCRN preferred.
• Minimum six months' Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately perform patient assessments and identify individual care needs.
• Initiate and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
• Document medical necessity and nursing activities in a timely and accurate manner; attention to detail in clinical documentation.
• Complete and revise Interdisciplinary Care Plans for assigned patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Perform timely and accurate Quality Improvement (QI) assessments.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.

What we're looking for

Applicants should have a current Washington RN license or Compact RN License with Washington endorsement, and possess an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:
