Job summary

Thehealthmarketing in Albuquerque is seeking a full-time night shift Registered Nurse for the Rapid Admission Unit to provide professional nursing care to patients with various diagnoses. Responsibilities include assessing and planning care, leading teams during emergencies, supporting ICU/ED care when needed, and aiding with admissions and discharges to improve patient flow.

Required: NM license, Associate’s degree or Diploma, BLS; ACLS/PALS preferred; Bachelor's degree and 1 year experience

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or Nursing Diploma required.
• Valid NM Nursing license or NM compact license.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire; ACLS and PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
• Serving as a team leader during emergencies.
• Staff RN in ICU, ED, or high acuity areas during crises.
• Assisting with admission and discharge processes to optimize flow.
