Come and join our fast-growing Radiology / Interventional Service Line. Penn Medicine Princeton Health (PMPH) is seeking a part time Registered Nurse (RN) to work the day shift within the Radiology Nursing department. Interventional Radiology is a medical subspecialty that performs minimally invasive procedures using imaging guidance such as MRI, CT, ultrasound and fluoroscopy.

Scheduling Requirement

• 3 days per week, 8-hour shifts. Start times between 7 and 8 am Monday to Friday
• Weekday on-call requirement: minimum of 3 days a month.
• 1 weekend per month in person OR on-call.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• The Radiology RN provides moderate sedation and analgesia during the procedure and monitors the patient throughout the procedure.
• The Radiology RN is involved in the planning of the procedure, pre-procedure preparation, intraprocedural monitoring of patient and post-procedure.
• Radiology RNs provide education to the patient as they go through all the phases of care.

Education

Related Work Experience

• 3 years of RN experience required.
• Critical Care/Emergency Department experience required.

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT

• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required.
• Active NJ RN license required.

Salary Range

$49.96 - $68.99/Hourly
